By using Track Pitch, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Account

You must be 13+ to create an account. You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.

3. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Track Pitch a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Do not upload infringing content, harass others, create fake profiles, spam, or attempt to manipulate rankings.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Track Pitch is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you have paid us.
